Here at Scamotz we use only the finest and freshest products available to us. Our pies are served with the best cheeses. Everything that we can possibly make here, is made here, fresh daily. Our dough is made with our own blend of flours and super filtered water. Our tomato sauces, salad dressings, meatballs, sausage and roast chicken all cooked here with our special Scamotz blend of herbs and spices. Our balsamic dip-sauce is a reduction that brings an explosion of flavors—we make it so you have a kiss for your crust. Our spicy tomato dip sauce is roasted in a 600 degree oven for hours before it is hand-milled and served to you. Our aioli and alfredo sauces are made here with our own roasted garlic and the best cheeses.

We pride ourselves in understatement and in not being “regler”. When we opened in 2007 we made two decisions that were critical to us. We decided to concentrate on just two menu items—our pies and our salads. At Scamotz it really is “all about the pies”. We also decided not to advertise. We felt that if word of mouth couldn’t carry us forward then maybe we were not supposed to be here. Well, we’re still here.
